TranslateAI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing AI-powered translation,
localization, proofreading, and text generation services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
to use the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities
performed under your account.

4. Payments & Billing

Certain features require payment. Prices are displayed prior to purchase.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with our
Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the Service belongs to TranslateAI.
You retain ownership of your uploaded content.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. AI-generated output may contain
inaccuracies and must be reviewed by the user.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TranslateAI shall not be liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Estonia.
